RARE 1947 CHARCOAL PRINT "Jlid" BY ALBERT K. POUNIAN Item Description       This is a very rare copy of the charcoal print titled "Jlid," made in 1947. Only ten of these copies were ever made by the artist. The artist, Albert K. Pounian, is a very accredited artist and teacher, who gained inspiration for his pieces by traveling with the U.S. Army during World War II. "Jlid" depicts the European folklore of a rouge hunter riding his horse over a resting town and galloping off on his horse into the forest. He is seen brandishing a bow and gazing over the town.
