Our assorted bones are perfect for making a beef stock and bone broth. These have little or no meat. This makes a great savory cooking liquid that forms the basis of many dishes, particularly soups, stews and sauces. AquaTerra Farm cattle are raised in pastures, grass-fed &amp; grass-finished with strict adherence to humane handling without hormones, steroids, and antibiotics. This makes our USDA-inspected beef healthier and better tasting. All AquaTerra Farm beef is aged (14 - 21 days) then cut, packaged, and quick-frozen. Our freezers are at sub-zero temperatures to ensure that high quality is maintained.
