Pork belly is from the belly area of the pig. When sliced and cured, it becomes bacon. Pork belly is delicious when cooked low and slow and can be used in a variety of dishes. 5N raises heritage breed pigs (Berkshire crosses) on the family farm outside in their natural environment.
