My Whole Wheat flour is milled from no spray, non-GMO, US grown Hard White Spring Wheat. It is milled to a fine flour texture and contains all the flour and bran from the wheat berry. Nothing has been removed.No Additives. No PreservativesUnbleached.  Each package contains 2 pounds of flour.  Allergen warning: Contains Gluten.
