Belgian Olive Canvas Rucksack
Belgian canvas rucksack, simple as. This handy pack's design was copied from the French and originates from the early 60's, when Belgium's colonisation of the Congo went kaput. Later in the 70's, these packs were made with PVC type material. As these packs are rugged canvas but still moisture friendly, they have encountered some storage damage, including corrosion and mould. A good clean up should fix most of these bag's issues though there may be problems with the snap domes where corrosion has attacked especially hard.The pack consists of a main pocket with interior pocket to the back panel, two generous outer side pockets and one pocket to the back exterior panel. The shoulder straps are adjustable, along with the lid closing straps. Underneath, two luggage straps can be used to carry sleeping gear or extra items.
