Adobo

Inspired by Latin American cooking, our Adobo seasoning is a simple yet tantalizing blend of organic Oregano ground to just the perfect texture with organic spices such as Cumin, Turmeric, Garlic, Onion, Black Pepper, Citrus Peel and Sea Salt. It is closer to Adobo Seco that is used in the Caribbean without the addition of hot pepper or chilies. The first taste of this blend is of Garlic, complemented with Oregano, followed by the tang of citrus and then peppery heat, all put together with Sea Salt! Our Adobo is delicious when rubbed onto meat and fish and wonderful in rice preparations. When added to olive oil, it makes a simple, herbacious, garlicky dip for fresh bread. You could also add it to sour cream or nut yogurt to create a dip. Our blends are roasted and ground by hand with love in micro batches several times a month in our Northern Virginia factory to ensure you always receive the freshest seasonings possible!
