Abuela Isabella’s Granola

This is a classic recipe inspired by Coco's Mexican hertiage. It is a blend of ancients grains, amaranth, coconut, peanuts, honey and sesame.  High fiber seeds and grains are blended with a small amount of honey to create a healthy treat without too much sugar.  8 ounces Coco's Granola Coco's Granola is based out of Charlottesville, VA.  Every batch is handmade with care by Coco Sotelo.  Coco's goal is to bring busy folks a granola that is both healthy and delicious.  Unlike commercial granola, Coco's granolas are low in sugar, emphasizing a wide variety of nuts and whole grains.
