Cocchi Vermouth di Torino Extra Dry

 Cocchi dry has all the intensity and levity of the classic Cocchi line, but with a dryer, more herbal finish.  Cocchi infuses a relatively dry white wine base with alpine botanicals, the recipe of which is a family secret.  Sources vary, but generally it's agreed that gentian, wormwood, cinchona, bitter orange peel, and savory botanicals play a central role in Cocchi's vermouth.
