Single Origin Ethiopia  Roast Profile: Light  Flavor Notes: Blueberry, Red Wine, Peach  Cupping Notes: Fruity notes of blueberry. Winey with a sweet bright acidity, a smooth full body and a lingering finish. From the birthplace of coffee this Ethiopian bean is thought to be one of the finest examples of true coffee, meant to drink straight. When deciding on the first bean for our light roast collection the natural fruitiness of this bean shined even upon first smell. Recommended for pour over, drip, cold brew, and for espresso. At our cafe's this bean serves as the light roast espresso option as its fruity sweetness shows through in milk-based drinks.
