Old Fashioned Bourbon Bacon

Who is kidding who here?  This bacon pairs well with life. Good times and bad this stuff is awesome.  Don't tell your kids that this is what a great cocktail tastes like.  Tell them that it is just barrel-aged bacon or some other white lie.
