What makes the best homemade brownie? A chewy center, a crispy edge, and chocolate…lots and lots of chocolate. I’m not messing around when I put brownie in the name of this cookie. Brownies are one of my all-time favorite desserts and anything less than that classic, from-scratch, ooey gooey double fudge brownie taste wasn’t going to make the cut. And it’s a chocolate forward brownie cookie at that…it’s legit the number one ingredient.  There's no need to get your quick chocolate fix from a microwave brownie in a mug when this cookie exists. Who even thought of that idea anyway? You could opt for the below-average boxed brownie mix too...you have an extra hour to spare? Fingers crossed you have eggs and oil on hand and feel like doing dishes! No, no, no...this cookie is like having a gourmet brownie sitting in your freezer at all times, just 15 minutes away from Chocolate heaven.
