That is what we were day dreaming about when working with Pennsylvania's own Phillips Mushroom Farm on this summer seasonal log.  Featuring: our fermented cashew curd base, folded into a blend of Lion's Mane mushrooms, Vegan Dijon, a touch of Liquid Smoke, rolled in Summer's favorite spice blend: Old Bay®.  It's a grilling session, it's a fungi based smoked, savory, "seafood" dip, it's here 'til it's gone!
