Royal Trumpet w/ Ramps Log - Seasonal Limited Release  6oz Log  This year we were lucky enough to score some delicious local ramps, foraged by our dear friends at Pietramala and thought it would be fun to transform our OG Phillips Mushroom Farm Royal Trumpet Log  from a winter classic to a spring delight! We replaced the garlic in the recipe with a ramp pesto that gets a delicate saute with the caramelized onions. We fold this into our cultured cashew and dust the finished logs with dried chives.
