Summus, Latin for highest, is a Super Tuscan wine of towering elegance from estate vineyards.  Sangiovese 40%-Cabernet Sauvignon 35%-Syrah 25% Vintage Specific Notes:  A rainy spring and cooler than average beginning to summer, finally gave way to hot temperatures in July through mid-August.
