Cacao Nib Granola

Our granola is honey-sweetened and slow-roasted to a delicious crunchy texture. It makes a hearty breakfast with fresh sliced banana and warm milk of choice (we love it with our date-sweetened cashew milk). It is equally delicious as a topping on plain yogurt. And because it is energy-packed, it makes a great trail mix for hiking.
