This blend of honey-processed coffees has rich notes of berries and chocolate and tastes like the feeling warm mittens and a cozy fireplace. This seasonal blend will offer different processing methods and roasting levels to offer something unique and special each winter.  Always delicious, although, perhaps never the same.  We roast on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and to ensure the best tasting coffees, orders received after Monday may not be processed or shipped until the following week.
