Baratza Encore

The perfect entry-level grinder. The Baratza Encore utilizes a 40mm steel M3 burr set allowing for 40 degrees of grind size. Paired with a DC motor and gearing restricted to 450 RPM this grinder provides consistency between the medium and coarse grind range but in a pinch makes for a great entry-level espresso grinder.  However, if you are looking for more fine tuning in your espresso grind we do recommend moving up to the Encore ESP.
