I find myself sampling lots of bars that pair chocolate with coffee, and this multi-awarded bar is absolutely one of the best. Here’s why I love this bar…it’s a perfectly happy and harmonious combination of rich and luscious Nicaraguan dark chocolate with robust  Nicaraguan Arabica coffee beans from El Recreo Estate. The beans are ground so that there’s a delicate coffee crunch enhancing every delicious morsel of this truly single origin Nicaraguan experience. Goodnow Farm chocolate makers and owners, Tom and Monica Rogan, worked with the head farmer at the fermentation facility just outside of Matagalpa, Nicaragua to develop a custom fermentation profile that highlights the deep chocolatey, caramel and raisin
