Idilio Origins “Con Leche” Swiss Milk Chocolate Bar

I’m a dark chocolate lover, but this SCRUMPTIOUS Swiss milk chocolate bar from Idilio Origins is one that I adore. Crafted with beans from the Orinoco River Basin, this bar is rich and velvety with notes of caramel, nuts, honey and a hint of orange zest. It’s a 42% milk chocolate but comes across more like a 50-55%. It’s sweet but not overly so. Imagine a place called milk chocolate heaven. This is it!  Most milk chocolates contain just whole milk powder and/or skimmed milk powder, but this bar contains both of those in addition to cream powder which imparts a lovely richness and light sweetness to the chocolate and caramel notes.
