Karuna Belize Dark Chocolate Bar

If you love dark chocolate then you simply MUST try this truly phenomenal rectangle of deliciousness. Now that I’ve found it, I simply can’t imagine my life without the Karuna Belize 70% Dark Chocolate Bar. The tasting notes are rich, elegant chocolate, malt and just a hint of brightness in the middle of the flavor evolution that whispers blackberry to me, and then poof, it’s back to chocolate. Some bars that are very chocolatey are comforting bars. This is more of a sexy bar. It tastes sleek and expensive. As with all Karuna bars, I find the aftertaste lovely. It’s also made with all organic ingredients. The fine flavor beans come from the Toledo district in southern Belize. They are grown by Mopan Maya farmers, close to the village San Jose and are fermented by a company called Belyzium.
