Roter Malvasier is an ancient indigenous variety from the area of Bolzano. Today In Der Eben is perhaps the last winegrower of this variety in Italy. Typically light in color, very spicy, elegant, aromatic and with crisp acidity. Only 1,000 bottles made in a typical vintage. Truly a gift from the South Tyrol hills!
