The wines of the N series represent an experimental and highly creative playground for Michael Andres. His best small lots farmed and made with maximum freedom. It is fermented spontaneously in tonneau and matures on the full lees. Michael made just one barrel of this. Mirabelle plums, grapefruit, and pear, with a light tannin grip and mouth watering saltiness.
