Over the course of this four hour class we will make German pancakes using Einkorn flour along with a hearty porridge utilizing our Spelt berries and finger sandwiches encased in a scrumptious bread using our Emmer flour.  Ancient grains date back nearly 10,000 years! Mostly unchanged over the last hundred years these nutritionally rich grains are seeing a resurgence. We invite you to come taste the difference these grains can make to your bakes.
