Our dual-height parallel bars built for serious home gyms. Build upper body and core strength using gymnastics-styled workouts - a tall height (1.5m) to perform hanging exercises like pull-ups, leg raises and levers, and a low height (95cm) to perform dips, rows and L-sits. Designed with a wide and long base to support swinging and explosive exercises while being completely freestanding, with a band-anchor to make exercises harder without using a weight vest.
