Mezuzah Making

Instructor: Debbie Alvarado Prerequisites: None, beginners welcome Participants will make two 135mm x 35 mm x 13mm fused glass mezuzot using clear and colored glass, studio glass, frit, stringers, and dichroic glass (small pieces for detail). Small wires will be attached at each end to enable hanging (when applicable), and fully fused pieces will be slumped over a mold that provides a cavity for inserting a prayer scroll (not provided). Students will have three mezuzah mold styles from which to choose.
