Sandblasting 1

No prior experience necessary. Want to learn how to sandblast? This two-hour class provides students with the knowledge and hands-on experience needed to safely operate the BAGI sandblaster and qualify for independent rental use. Our instructor will cover efficient sandblasting techniques as well as best practices for preserving the life of the equipment. Students may bring their own glass piece to sandblast, or practice glass will be provided. We will also provide adhesive stencils and introduce “masking” techniques to explore more artistic possibilities. At the end of class, students will have the option to stay for a short orientation to become approved for future sandblaster rentals.
