ANTIQUE FEDERAL PAIR OF BIRD'S EYE MAPLE & TIGER MAPLE DINING CHAIRS WITH SABER LEGS & CANE SEATS - SUPERB FORM  Bay Colony Antiques is proud to offer for sale this fantastic antique pair of Tiger Maple & Bird’s Eye Maple side chairs. We purchased these alongside a similar pair that were being used as an assembled set of 4. The gothic cutouts on the crests are the same, but there are slight differences between the two pairs so we decided to split them up. If you’re interested in keeping the assembled set together, we posted the other chairs a few days ago and they should be only a few items behind these. These chairs are slightly better than the others, and we especially love the sophisticated urn shaped splats and the bold grain Bird’s Eye Maple showcased on them. The rolled tops of the crests & the front seat rails feature bold cuts of Tiger Maple with the curly grain orientated vertically.
