Arroyo Beach Front Mount Bike Basket Arroyo beach, also known as Hendry's Beach, is a beautiful dog friendly beach at the foot of the Santa Barbara coastal bluffs of Southern California. One of the few beaches in the area where off leash dogs are permitted to play on the beach and in the surf. This little gem is a favorite of the locals, with plenty of walking trails and beautiful vistas where dolphins can be seen swimming just offshore.   The Arroyo Beach basket can be used with or without a basket brace. With a brace attached for stability, this basket can carry small dogs up to 8 pounds. This basket is made from willow, with a willow woven bottom, and without a handle.
