1 month package expires 30-days from start of tan package Package includes use of either our stand up or lay down UV beds + 1 (ONE) VersaSpa (any level) Spray Tan Non-transferrable We do not offer vacation holds There are No Refunds or transfers made for any unused tanning sessions or products No sharing of tan packages between individuals Must be 18 years of age with valid drivers license Tanning waiver must be signed prior to tanning Protective eyewear is required during UV Tanning Must allow 24 hours between tanning sessions per FDA recommendations.
