Colombia - Medium Roast

Region: Colombia - Antioquai Process: Washed Elevation: 1,700+ It's hard not to think of coffee without thinking of Colombia as it is one of the bigger coffee producing / exporting countries... you may even know someone who doesn't drink coffee unless it's Colombian (... marketing / branding at it's finest). This is a medium roasted coffee that should have a wide appeal. As the coffee cools, you should note milk chocolate and a little sweetness (like a cherry or apple)
