Single Origin - Guji - Ethiopia - Organic

The Bag formally Known as Ardi. The coffee, ARDI, that we have served since the start of our roasting program was a label and name created by one of our favorite importers.  The company used the name Ardi to represent a region in Ethiopia, and rotated the coffee they used under that banner. All with the goal of maintaining the same flavor notes.  So this coffee is accomplishing the same idea.  It will always be a Single Origin Ethiopian coffee that is naturally processed, but as we move forward, we will be labeling it more accurately to showcase the rotating coffee being used.   Flavor Notes: Sugared Citrus - Jasmine Tea - Floral Ethiopia Guji Shakisso Firē G3 Natural Firē (ፍሬ) means “fruit” in Amharic—an appropriately chosen name for this vibrant single origin coffee.
