Ingredients: Green tea, Lime pieces, Lemon pieces, Calendula petals, Sunflower petals, Natural flavors (Organic Compliant). Taste: Tart lemon with sweet notes from the green tea.  Caffeine Low Brewing Instructions: 8-10 ounces of water (filtered recommended) per teaspoon of loose leaf tea. Bring water to 212°F/ 100°C let cool down to 185°F/85°C. Steep for 3-5 minutes.
