The finest aged Asiago cheese is added to our California Sourdough to create richly flavored bread with a crispy cheese crust. 16 oz (1 lb) INGREDIENTS: Organic unbleached wheat flour, water, aged cheeses (pasteurized milk, cheese culture, non-animal non-GMO enzymes), organic whole wheat flour, sea salt, organic enzymes, organic gluten, organic cultured wheat starch.
