Fry's Rye with Pumpkin Seeds

One of our favorites! A dense and tangy European-style rye with pumpkin seeds. It is in the bread family of Vollkornbrots (German/sourdough/all rye).  ~534g/18oz (⅓ of a pullman loaf) Ingredients: 100% stone ground whole rye flour*, water, pumpkin seeds*, honey, sea salt, wild rye culture.
