1x Black Cocoa Crinkle

This is a cross between a brownie and a cookie. The cookie bakes to have a slightly crisp edge, which then yields to a soft and chewy chocolate-y interior. The pools of chocolate that come from the chocolate chunks make this somewhat similar to the fudgier side on the brownie spectrum. Like other crinkles, this is rolled in powdered sugar prior to the bake which gives its signature "crackle" or "crinkle" as the cookie rises in the oven.
