Trek 7000

This frame was neglected for years, collecting dust in a Highlands Ranch garage. Luckily, it's been saved and is ready for a caring owner to build and shred it around. The frame and paint are both in great condition. There were some paint chips on the drive side chain stay, but those were filled in with black touch up paint. The rest of the frame was polished and has so much depth to it in any light condition. The front and rear dropouts were checked for alignment using the Park Tool FFG-2 dropout tool and aligned perfectly. The Shimano headset was also fully rebuilt - long, hot bath in the ultrasonic cleaner, and then reassembled with Phill Wood grease. This set does not come with a bottom bracket, but the shell and threads were given a deep clean so it will be plug and play for the next owner. The frame is made from aluminum tubing, making for a comfortable, easy to pedal ride. The fork is Cro-mo, so it's nice and strong! This retro style frame would be a great option for someone who
