We blend together coffees from our two farms, fincas Ayutepeque and el Manzano and lightly roast them to bring you a mild and sweet cup of goodness. You'll find sweet nutty flavors of roasted almond and pecan, layered with soft apple and vanilla notes, and a mild citrus acidity. A great everyday coffee for those whole like to drink their coffee straight."
