* Similar to our gold Sea Moss w/ greater antioxidant levels* (Can be consumed orally or be utilized topically as a face mask) 1-2 Tbsp Orally Simply take as is or add to a smoothie, tea, coffee, soup etc. 1/2 Tbsp Topically Face Mask 1.
