Chondrus Crispus & Genus Gracilaria, or as we know it "Sea Moss," is an algae that we source off of the Atlantic coast of both St. Lucia & Trinidad. Sea Moss contains a plethora of beneficial Vitamins & Minerals. Iron, Sulfur, Magnesium, Potassium and Phosphorus are among the most prevalent but are also accompanied by Vitamins A-E + many more. The combination allows for a flow of energy to carry you through your day while refueling & repairing the body simultaneously. 1-2 Tbsp Orally  Simply take as is or add to a smoothie, tea, coffee, soup etc. 1/2 Tbsp Topically  Face Mask 1.
