Our premium Añejo is rested for 12-14 months in hand-selected white oak ex-bourbon barrels, imparting added complexity and elegant maturation flavor characteristics, from warm baking spices to subtle oak barrel notes. Crafted from 100% Blue Agave. This tequila presents a complex expression, with a noticeable barrel influence.Tasting Notes: On the nose: Cooked agave, a blend of baking spices, chocolate, and white pepper. On the palate: Smooth and rich, with cooked agave, a spicy undertone, oak, and a velvety creamy texture. Finish: Warm and smooth with lingering vanilla and oak notes. This Añejo displays a beautiful amber hue.
