Still Hollow Single Barrel Bourbon

We release less than 800 bottles of this rare single barrel bourbon per year. This bourbon is distilled from a 100% heirloom, bloody butcher corn and limestone spring water mash bill. It is aged in a freshly charred 10-gallon white oak barrel until liquid gold comes out, with each small barrel producing only 60 individually numbered bottles. Smooth notes of vanilla & butter blend with oak and corn sweetness to make this bourbon a versatile straight sipper or a star in your next cocktail.
