We release less than 1,000 individually numbered bottles of this rare bourbon per year. This bourbon is distilled from a 100% heirloom, bloody butcher corn and limestone spring water mash bill. It is aged in a freshly charred 20- and 30-gallon white oak barrels until liquid gold comes out. Aged a minimum of 2.5 years this bourbon is an incredibly smooth sipper with notes of vanilla, butter, oak and corn sweetness.
