If you walk 10 feet past the host stand at the charming West Adams Cento Pasta Bar and make a hard right, you'll discover a little backyard nook with string lights, partially under construction but charming in its own right. It is there were the insanely talented Chef Andrew “Drew” Ponce is experimenting with a new modern Mexican concept of his own. He calls it a tí, meaning “for you” in Spanish, reflecting his dedication to sharing this new experience and his flavorful creations with all of us.  Like Bridgetown Roti, Little Fish, and Amiga Amore, many restaurant brick and mortars that we know and love started with an idea and a space to workshop different recipes.
