On Wednesday, September 7th, in partnership with luxury chocolate brand To’ak, Charles X Michel presents an exclusive avant-première of Alchemy—a collection of imaginatively flavored chocolate bars from the most biodiverse region on earth. The recipes are each drawn from the rare ingredients and culinary traditions of four utterly unique ecosystems of tropical South America: the Amazon rainforest, Andes mountains, Pacific coast, and Galápagos Islands.
