Wild Arc Farm "Northern Spy + Callery Pear" Cider 375ml (can)

Initially introduced to us as winemakers, husband and wife duo Todd Cavallo & Crystal Cornish, are making some really fun ciders and other experimental products in the Hudson Valley. We love co-ferments. Thanks to the fermentable sugars in the pears, no sugar is added, making this a well balanced, dry bubbly cider.  Wild Arc Farm ""Northern Spy + Callery Pear" 2021 Northern Spy apples, North Fork + callery pears, Hudson Valley, NY The Vinification:  a couple of buckets of pears were macerated in the cider, then racked into neutral French oak 500L puncheons and left undisturbed for 6 months before canning. refermented in can to create bubbles. ABV: 7-8% The experience: light & dry. drink on its own, in the park
