Most yuzu sake is sweet & tart, almost lemonade-y -- but not this one. When describing this bottle we say it is "sake first". It's as if it's seasoned with yuzu juice, rather than diluted with yuzu juice & sugar. A blend of junmai sake & yuzu juice, this sake is clean, refreshing and undoubtedly unique.
