Jaqueline oversees the entire process, from harvesting to transporting coffee, and follows innovative practices recommended by field technicians. Her farm uses organic compost and shade from fruit trees for sustainable production. Nuevo Paraiso is known for its strong community of women coffee producers. Jaqueline's dedication to her farm is driven by her goal of providing a quality education for her children.
