Shoulder to Cry On

At the beginning of 2023, I hadn’t yet realized it, but I was creating a foundation of being able to rely on myself during times of darkness. Rather than relying on other people, I am the person that I go to when I need the most. It isn’t isolation like some people might think it is. I am finally at a point where I can rely on my mental state, whereas in years past I have felt a little out of control.
