Sets come fully assembled and ready to go. they have 12 large holes @ 0.7 in, 4 @ 0.6 inch, and 24 @ 0.45 inch for a total of 40 brushes in each. The hole configuration is the same for the small (~ approx 3 inch) / medium (~ approx 4.5 inch)/ and large sizes (~ approx 6 inch).
