A blend of three vineyard sites including our rare and special clone of old vine Sauvignon Blanc, this is a light but characterful and complex wine. Ideally paired with fresh goat cheese, creamy Brie, grilled scallops, freshly shucked oysters, filet of sole, lemon-herb chicken, caprese salad.
